- How does SuperCare work?
A tiny package is installed on each Mac on the network. It communicates securely to our central server to implement your custom management plan and alert us of any problems. No data aside from computer hardware info is transmitted.
- What's included in SuperCare?
Background Maintenance, Reporting/Asset Management, Tested Updates and Upgrades, Policy Management (i.e. application blacklisting) and Remote Desktop Support.
- We rarely have Mac problems. Isn't it cheaper to fix the problems as they come up?
You may have been lucky. What we offer outside of basic support is insurance. Cheap may not be the best solution for your business data and equipment. Additionally our subscribers qualify for reduced hourly rates, so even a small amount of support over a year will pay for itself.
