What's included in your fixed fee service plans?
Background Maintenance, Reporting/Asset Management, Tested Updates and Upgrades, Policy Management (i.e. application blacklisting) and Remote Desktop Support.
How does it work?
Your network communicates with our secure servers to check for errors, and run housekeeping routines. We provide up-to-date status reports on the health of your network and provide remote or on-site support as needed. When problems arise, we'll have our technicians correct the problem in a timely manner.
We rarely have Mac problems. Isn't it cheaper to fix the problems as they come up?
